Jaya Bachchan made it clear that she hates Rani Mukherjee

Though both originally hail from Bengal and both were very close at one point, there is definitely a cold war going on between the two, at the sets of Pradeep Sarkar's new film 'Laga Chunari Mein Daag'; at least from Jaya Bachchan's side.

It is being said that Rani repeatedly tried to befriend Jaya, but Jaya didn't respond. She was even irritated by the presence of Rani's mother and other family members, refused to have lunch with them and ordered them from a five star hotel to her vanity van. Rani's good-natured mother made many attempts too, but in vain.

During 'Bunty or Babli' Rani was so very close Jaya and son Abhishek that there was even a talk about her possible marriage with him. It is believed Rani and her family was not invited to the Abhishek-Aishwarya wedding because of her past relations with Abhishek.

But as always Rani refused to comments on it.
